  Our wonderful Y6 class performed 'Robin and the Sherwood Hoodies' to finish off an amazing last year at Ashleigh. What fantastic actors and singers. It was absolutely superb!

  

• Summer Fair - UPDATE

  The Friends of Ashleigh Summer Fair is this Saturday 6th July, from 12 to 4pm. We have a BBQ, bar, stalls, games and lots of fun for all of the family. Please come along and support this great event.

  Friday will be a non uniform day at school and we are asking children to either bring a bottle or a jar filled with sweets for the tombola.

  On Saturday, it would be great if as many children as possible could join in the parade, so please aim to arrive at about 11.50am so it gives staff the chance to organise the children before setting off on the short route around the streets near to school.

  The Summer Fair on Saturday had another brilliant turnout, so thank you to everyone who was able to join us. We were blessed with lovely weather again, and we even had a town crier to start things off.

  Many thanks to our amazing FOA volunteers who put so many hours in last week, behind the scenes, getting it all ready. On the day, volunteers and staff came together and worked incredibly hard to create another superb fair, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.

  Well over £2000 profit was made on the day, all of this money will go towards future projects which will benefit all of our children. Thank you all.

  

• Guitar Concert

  Our fantastic guitarists performed in their summer concert this morning. It was a brilliant performance, showing all the other children how wonderfully they are progressing. Well done everyone!
