We had a great visit to Manchester on the 28th June. Mr Thomson drove the school minibus through heavy traffic to reach the museum just as it was opening. There were so many things to see and do.
We also visited the Roman remains at Castlefield which is a short walk from the museum. We Explored the ruins and played in the sunshine.
While we were playing in the fort, a lady told Mr Thomson about the gardens next door, so we decided to visit. There were a lot of steps to climb, but it was worth it. From the bridge we were in a perfect place to listen to Hozier doing their soundcheck at the Castlefield ball. Some of the class were even dancing.
